In 2004 Dr. Pawel Szuba-Paszkiewicz graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University in Wroclaw. As a student he started to obtain his professional experience in a dental practice run by his parents, which enabled him to gain invaluable practical knowledge and skills. The skills in question, turned out to be necessary and extremely motivating while dealing with difficult clinical cases. Since 2002 Dr. Paszkiewicz has participated in many professional courses, conferences and symposia which subjects were related to the latest trends in endodontics, prosthodontics and digital dentistry. As far as professional development is concerned, his skills also developed in collaboration with the prestigious dental clinics in Wroclaw (Poland). Currently, Paul Szuba-Paszkiewicz with passion and precision carries out treatments of complex medical procedures in the field of CAD/CAM prosthetics, implant-prosthetics, full-mouth rehabilitations, and minimal-invasive aesthetic dentistry. In a cooperation with OrangeDental and Cerkamed he conducts research on the use of photoactive disinfection (PAD) in the treatment of periodontal / periapical diseases. Nowadays his professional interest are focused on Digital Prosthetics and implantprosthetics with its complete digital workflow. He has put forward and implemented his own innovatory procedure of tissue retraction during digital prosthoetic procedures (DiaC-Traction – Diatherm-Guided Chemo-Mechanical Retraction), Endo-Resto Single Visit Chairside Restoring Workflow, as well as innovative fast and complex Smile Design&Delivering Protocol (SDDP), based on author's „Photo-DFA" workflow in collaboration with TastyTech Canada (Smile Designer Pro manufacturer). He has invented an AllonX non-impression protocol leading to final restorations post immediate implant full-arch loading, incorporated with desktop scanner (MEDIT) and ModJaw capturing of natural patient's functional and mastication movements. Together with ModJaw functional registration, he has created a non invasive protocol of hybrid restorations consisted of milled buccal veneers, combined with direct labial composite restorations in a protocol of full mouth rehabilitation.

The main goal of this lecture is to provide, indications and protocols for a predictable and safe digital workflow to treat posterior dentition through onlays and full crowns and treat full rehabilitation in severe worn dentition through a new no prep "hybrid" approach increasing the VDO; 1) through a direct copy&paste molding approach "The Index technique"; 2) The lecture will also focus on when and how to bond on worn dentition, additive partial indirect restorations (onlays/overlays) in composite and/or ceramic, depending on the indications. All the step by step protocols will be addressed through step by step images and videos on patients, in order to have a clear over view.

This lecture will analyze proper strategies in transmucosal tissue contouring for fulfilling esthetic demands and establishing a biologically sound foundation. Innovative digital protocols will be presented and analyzed.

In this lecture Dr. Ilzarbe will show his approach with the Invisalign system, aligning teeth prior to restorative from a minimally invasive perspective. How he is using the new tools that are included in the ClinCheck software integrating restorative guidelines to provide teeth alignment to patients in a comprehensive way and using this software in his diagnostic procedure and his communication protocol with patients and his team.

Doctor Luis Ilzarbe will share his expertise in using Smile Architect TM tools included in the Clincheck software from Align. He will explain his protocol step by step and clarify it through clinical cases in really different situations ( direct composites, indirect porcelain veneers and implant rehabilitation ).

Aims and objectives:
- Showing a multidisciplinary approach with the Invisalign system, alignment teeth prior to the restorative.
- Understand how to manage Clincheck software tools to guide teeth inside the prosthetic frame.
- Using Smile Architect TM tools in the diagnostic process trying to preserve as much tissue from patients teeth thinking in the importance of a minimally invasive approach.
- Show how the new communications tools made our decisions more easy to understand for patients why we are taking some decisions in our aligning therapy.
- Use this software to share our clinical plan with the dental technician and with our team, making easier communication in multidisciplinary dentistry.

Dr. Ioannis Vergoullis graduated from the Dental School of the Kapodestrian University of Athens, Greece in 1999. He received his Certificate in Periodontics and Masters degree in Oral Biology from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, New Orleans, USA in 2005. Since 2006, Dr Vergoullis is the leading Periodontist at the Vergoullis Dental Clinic in Rhodes, Greece and in 2010 he became a Visiting Assistant Professor of the Periodontics Department at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, USA. Dr. Vergoullis is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Dr. Vergoullis is the co-inventor of the Cervico System by VPI and holds twenty-five patents in the field of Dental Implantology.

Luis has been qualified from School of dentistry at Public University of Valencia (Spain) in 2007. He got his master degree in periodontology (under doctor Caffesse three years program) in CG Formación Continuada, Elche, Spain. He obtained his DUI in Implantology at Paul Sabatier University in Toulousse, France after a 2 year partial program in ESORIB. Luis has focused his training and practice since 2012 through aesthetics and minimally invasive prosthesis with stays with well-known doctors as Hirata, Fahl, Kina, Escopin, Kano, Autran, Cofar, Berbis, Stumpf and others improving his skills over direct and indirect restorations, smile design protocols and all digital workflows.

Luis is a part time professor at the Catholic University of Valencia (Spain) since 2010, as associate professor in the prosthesis department. He is the director of the master's degree in adhesive esthetic dentistry at Tech University, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. As consequence of this activity he leads different investigation lines which result in several articles in Pubmed and become a KOL of companies like Graphenano dental and a Faculty member for Align and Aligner Dental Academy.

He has a big background lecturing for different companies in his mother country ( Straumann, 3shape, DentsplySirona and Aligntech) about Digital and Minimally Invasive Dentistry and like an international speaker for Align sharing his digital expertise with iTero, Exocad and Invisalign Clear Aligners. He is a proud member of the national board of SOCE collaborating in annual meetings and continuous education. He use to lecture in different educational courses for IVIO, DAD, 3DentalStudioAcademy and Autran Dental Academy. He became an Invisalign Go Provider at the first promotion in 2020 in Madrid ( Spain ). He has his private practice in Ilzarbe Garcia-Sala clinica odontológica in Valencia in the areas of prosthesis, esthetics and alignment in Valencia.
